Lightly spray wok or non-stick pan with cooking spray.
Dry fry cubed pork and allow to cool. Combine Tikka Chicken Powder with yoghurt in a small bowl. Pile gourmet lettuce on four plates, arrange pork, melon balls, celery and spring onions over lettuce, and pour over yoghurt mix.
Garnish with lemon zest and fresh cardamom.
